A Comprehensive Review of a New Nanosuspension for Improving the Oral Bioavailability of Poorly Soluble Drugs
نویسندگان
چکیده
Nanosuspension is a novel drug formulation for the delivery of hydrophobic drugs. The problem medications that are poorly water-soluble and have low bioavailability countered by nanosuspension technology. Solubility significant physiochemical element influences absorption therapeutic effectiveness. Poor aqueous solubility has potential to impair development. technology can improve drug's stability bioavailability. Nanosuspensions be formulated various routes administration such as oral, parenteral, ocular, topical, pulmonary routes. used targeted also mucoadhesive gels ocular inserts. Recent studies were approached develop on site-specific delivery.

Pharmaceutical Technologies for Enhancing Oral Bioavailability of Poorly Soluble Drugs
The oral bioavailability of BCS (biopharmaceutics classification system) class II drugs with poor solubility and reasonable permeability is limited by the drug dissolution step from drug products. Though prodrug approach is an exciting way of improving the oral bioavailability, it requires extensive studies to establish the safety profile of prodrugs in humans. In view of the increasing market ...

15 صفحه اولMicronization: a method of improving the bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs.
For poorly soluble drugs, the digestive absorption depends on their rate of dissolution. Decreasing the particle size of these drugs improves their rate of dissolution. Fine grinding mills are use to micronize powders: either jar mills or fluid energy mills. Theses processes were applied to griseofulvin, progesterone, spironolactone and diosmin. For each drug, micronization improved their diges...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
A New Crystal Engineering Technique for Dissolution Enhancement of Poorly Soluble Drugs Combining Quasi-emulsion and Crystallo-co Agglomeration Methods
A target of best dissolution improvement of poorly soluble drugs is a necessity for the success of formulation in industry. The present work describes the preparation, optimization, and evaluation of a new spherical agglomeration technique for glimepiride as a model of poorly soluble drugs. It involved the emulsification of a drug solution containing a dispersed carrier that tailors the crystal...
